Collection call center is one which takes care of all those payments which have not been paid by the people. Some people falter in their payments to their banks due to financial inability.

When a person borrows funds from the bank, then they are sure of paying them back to the lender, but as time advances the borrowed money becomes a burden to pay to the bank.
